Harbor in Ražanj |
Our website helps its visitors to get to know more about one of the hidden pearls of the Croatian Adriatic, Ražanj. Facing Rogoznica's eastern coast, Ražanj is situated around a deep bay of the mainland. Due to its picturesque location Ražanj became popular and its coastline to the north and SE started to become developed with apartments and houses. Now the settlement stretches to Kalebova Luka Bay on the north and Stivašnica (Stivančica) and Gorica Bays on the south. However, since Ražanj is well separated from the Magistral, the main road by a hilly area, mass tourism hasn't reached the place - Ražanj has mainly preserved its calm Dalmatian village ambience.

Coast in Ražanj Bay |
When it comes to beaches, Ražanj is mostly recommended for adults. The largest number of beaches are rocky with parts covered by concrete terraces. Families with children have less choices for a beachs with safe and shallow water. One exception is the beach around Cape Varoš, where the coast is gravel. On the other side, the well-indented coastline with a myriad of coves, islets and rocky features is a paradise for diving - considering this, it's not a wonder that several diving bases are located in Ražanj (
see our links section).

Stivančica Bay |
Accommodation is available by the many apartment buildings in Ljoljinica, Mezaroca, Dražica, Varoš, Stivašnica (Stivančica) and Gorica Bays (
see our map). There are two grocery stores in Ražanj, one in the center and one in Mezaroca. The center also has its restaurant and bar. More demanding shopping can be done in Rogoznica or in Trogir.
